Ok...

MaxGold 2005 beta 2 major difference since MaxGold beta 1:
Internals:
A lot of opimisations
Multithreaded G-engine
Unit task stream
Class based interface

Interface:
Constructor rectangle select
New mods:
Fire/move oss when unloading
Autosave
disableable edge scroll Save with defined name
Background music support (old, but earlyer unmentioned)

Game model:
New attack algorithm and frendly fire attack
Resource consumption/creation

Install:
*.mgcp packing system 10% rate optimisation. Now it beats any packer that i aware of.

MaxGold GL Update:
During a month after beta 2 release i made a discovery:
DirectDraw is a half-dead turtle.
So, all graphic engine code was dumped and rewritten with better interface, under OpenGL 1.x.
Now it's 2x-12x faster and much niceier (But the sound system was broken in process).
This is the main difference.

Another one is construction system reimlementation, that allows any builder/builded interface.
That means, we can create a completle new unisets - alien races, for example.

Ill be glad, if anyone will test the OpenGL engine on their systems. It got better multilanguage support (english).
