Subject: How to extract max.res?
OK after you have extracted all files from the max.res, you have to convert the files to normal, readable bitmaps. To do this, there must be the programm "MAXgConv.exe" in the archive somemaxtools, too. In this Programm you can select the folder with the unpacked files, look at them and save the necessary ones to bitmaps. Afterwards just convert them with a normal image editor to .pcx-files and it should work
If you find bugs, you can just put them into the bugtracker (you can find the link in the announcement at the top of this site). This will help a lot to us!
Edit: we cannot say exactly when a new version will be released, but the last version has been released just a five days ago, so i think it will take a litle time.
