It's fine with the GPL if you sell this but the costs should only cover the distribution/printings. That happend btw to "UfoAI". Some people bought it on ebay not knowing that it's free and opensource and went back to the UfoAI team for support of all kinds. 'cuz they thought they bought it and now they can claim the support for it. It's a good thing that this is covered in the GPL: absolutly no warranty.
