Subject: keys.xml?
I hope this isn't a dumb newbie question again.
I've changed a couple keybindings in keys.xml and it makes no difference. The file is still sitting in $HOME/src/maxr-svn-110521/data directory, which I cd into to play the game. I've tried putting it in $HOME/.maxr and it makes no difference. I always have default keybindings, and I've been very careful to use the bindings defined in GetKeyString() from keys.cpp.
Also, if I delete keys.xml, it appears from the code in keys.cpp the game should write a new default file, but doesn't.
Am I being obtuse? I'm still familiarizing myself with the code as time permits.
