Hi,
I already had this idea as well, but i dont't thing that it would be that easy to realize. All software for the IPad and IPhone has to be written in Objective-C, but MAXR is written in C++. So you can not only recompile it, it has to be rewritten complety.
But I think there would may be a possibility to make it run on Android systems because there is a way to compile c++ software for Android and there is some kind of SDL port available. But since I have no Android systems here I haven't been able to test it yet ^^ And I think performance would be a big problem as well but it would just be funny to see maxr on an mobile phone
Edit: I just saw that there is an SDL port for iOS as well so maybe there is a way to use c++ much more on iOS then i thought
