thanks for reporting observed bugs. We have a special bugtracker for this: http://trac.maxr.org/ It helps us to manage the known bugs, if they are reported on the tracker. Please use it next time.
Regarding the bug with the ressource allocation: You can look forward to the next release of maxr
This bug has been fixed in SVN, so it should work correctly in the next version.
