We have the following unfinished translations:

• Spanish
• Slovenian
• Russian
• Hungarian
• French
• Catalan

But of course every other new translation is also very welcome!

In the existing translation files, all lines which need an update, are already marked with a TODO comment. So it should be very easy to update the files. For lines, where the translated string is missing, there is a "TODO: translation needed" comment. For lines where the English string has changed since the last update of the language file, there is a comment "TODO: review needed".

If you haven't GIT access, the easiest way, to work on the language files is:

1. Get the nightly build from here: https://www.maxr.org/docs.php?id=41
2. Update the files in the languages folder
3. Send the modified files per mail, attach them on the bugtracker or post it as an attachment in this topic...

But you may also ask for GIT access, if you want to volunteer for becoming a regular translation maintainer

@ness: We have no actual schedule, since we are suffering from a lack of man power. But we try to get the release ready as soon as possible. This can be weeks, or month. But definitely this year
