Subject: New Content and Nightly Builds![]() Hi Guest! We've got some new and updated content we've been working on the last days. Make sure that you check out the following links: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The about has been rewritten to answer some of the most common questions about MAXR including a short history over the project itself and a list of operating systems that MAXR has been reported running on. Also rewritten is the multimedia stuff formally known as screenshots. Here you'll find more screenshots and some wallpapers and stuff like videos one day. Migrated from the old Wiki comes vehicles and buildings featuring a list of all units available in MAXR - including the vehicles videos so make sure to check this one out. Please note that we're still looking for people to migrate other articles from the old Wiki to the new site. Report on the bbs if you want to help with this! Completly new is the FAQ hopefully answering most of your questions if you're new to MAXR. If there are any questions left please use the bbs to ask them! And absolutly new are the automated nightly builds for Linux (i386)! Every night (GMT+1) the server grabs a SVN snapshot and packs it compiled with data and sources and makefiles to a tarball. Please note that you'll need SDL, SDL_mixer and SDL_net installed to run the autogenerated binary. If the snapshot doesn't work consider running your own make and make sure you read the INSTALL and BUILDING files. Windowsuser (and others) have to request their SVN builds on the IRC or compile on their own. |

Subject: Re: New Content and Nightly Builds Win32 builds are now included too but don't get updated every night. Usually eiko's package is up to date. Ignore the date at the file since it's only a link to the developers private website's area ![]() |
