Subject: Language-file are in need for a bit of <3 Hey all out there. Let's talk about 'language-files'… Unfortunately we have currently only an up-to-date lang-file for English (master-file) as well as German. All other lang-files are outdated and this is pretty bad in term of release builds. So what do we need? Your help! You are able to check on of the lang-files?, so get started. It's very very easy. Open the eng-lang-file and the one you are able to check and compare these two files side-by-side. Empty lines are missing translations and the other once should also be checked. ¡There ARE! differences for sure! (Yay lately I fixed and corrected the English file…) We all hope for your support towards maxR to be able to release a 0.2.9 — this year ![]() HINT: all not updated lang-files will be dropped from release build towards development (or be deleted complete depending how much is missing). Subject: Re: Language-file are in need for a bit of <3 We have the following unfinished translations:
But of course every other new translation is also very welcome! In the existing translation files, all lines which need an update, are already marked with a TODO comment. So it should be very easy to update the files. For lines, where the translated string is missing, there is a "TODO: translation needed" comment. For lines where the English string has changed since the last update of the language file, there is a comment "TODO: review needed". If you haven't GIT access, the easiest way, to work on the language files is:
![]() @ness: We have no actual schedule, since we are suffering from a lack of man power. But we try to get the release ready as soon as possible. This can be weeks, or month. But definitely this year ![]() Thanks for your help! ![]() |
