Subject: Re: Interplay selling its entire IP catalogue soon
Any idea what kind of dollar figure we'd be looking at, or *if* it's even possible to buy a single title from the collection? I'm sure they'd be looking at selling the entire wad to an individual outfit, but I could be wrong.
But, the way 0.2.9 looks, we don't need to bother. The graphics are really looking good, and keeping the feature to incorporate the original graphics (if the user owns a copy) is the only real place we even touch on any of interplay's copyright claims. I think we're well in the clear and nobody can have any complaint about MAXr except that it *looks* a lot like a 20 year old dos game, as it is supposed to.
