Its pretty much always ONE and the SAME panel with different text inserted Grinning
I like this one especially cause it can get me think at times ( besides its damn funny lol ! )

Well, the funniest one I know of is http://www.penny-arcade.com , but I'm not a big fan of the rough language and blasphemy.

Also humorous was http://www.homestarrunner.com .
