After all that Registration-Blah is done, you'll receive a confirmation E-Mail. Just Confirm. Now you are an Apple Developer, Yay !

Go for <http://developer.apple.com/downloads/> or <http://developer.apple.com/membercenter/>, just sign if not done yet, choose your download of choice. For Example, X-Code.
